Class transfer and cancellation policy:
Since our classes are small (6 or less students) and tend to fill up quickly, we have established the following policy in order to keep things fair for our independent teachers.
All cancellations or transfer requests can be emailed to [email protected] or by calling 530-215-1350. They will only be refunded in full if made 72 hours before the scheduled class. Transfers can only be made if there is room available.
A 75% refund will be made if notified 48 hours prior to class.
A 50% refund will be made if you notify us less than 48 hours in advance. If you can find someone to fill your space, we’ll gladly accept them and they can pay you (acting as your refund).
By registering for this class, you are agreeing to this cancellation policy.
